Project manager are representatives who focus on one department within our project, Vibes International Music Festival
Individuals work with other as a group.  Payment for service rendered is 20% of our weekly gross sales shared equally for 10 representatives.  Each representative if objective is completed get a bonus pay up to  $5,000 (Each team objective is to get at least 500 tickets sold)
  1. Experience in Marketing
  2. Participate in network at events
  3. Accept the 20% commission sharing agreement (bi-weekly payments)
  4. Agree on bonus pay up to $5,000 if goal is meet by the deadline.
  5. Share in 20% of the festival net revenue with other staff members.
  6. Create a team to help complete task as needed.
